Tipps f\u00fcr Helsinki im Winter.<!--more--><span id=\"more-28091\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kooperation | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsinkipartners.com\/\">Helsinki Partners<\/a> [Represent Sustainably program]<\/p>\n<p>An einem sp\u00e4ten Vormittag Ende Februar stehe ich an der T\u00f6\u00f6l\u00f6 Bucht im Zentrum von Helsinki und blinzele in die Wintersonne. Eine dicke Schneedecke bedeckt das Eis auf dem Meerwasser und Enten tummeln sich munter am Ufer. Bei der Stille an diesem Ort vergesse ich fast, dass ich mitten in Finnlands Hauptstadt bin. Vielmehr kommt es mir vor, als wenn ich mich irgendwo im unber\u00fchrten Lappland befinden w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Helsinki schafft spielerisch\u00a0diesen Spagat zwischen urbaner Metropole und stiller Natur, zwischen pulsierendem Kunst- &amp; Kultur-Spot und nachhaltigem Outdoor-Paradies. Wom\u00f6glich ist diese Kombination auch der Grund, weshalb die Finnen laut &#8222;World Happiness Report&#8220; die gl\u00fccklichsten Menschen der Welt sind. Und vielleicht f\u00e4rbt das auch ein bisschen auf die Besucher dieses Landes ab, denn ich ertappe mich dabei, dass ich &#8211; breit grinsend &#8211; denke: Sch\u00f6n, wieder hier zu sein, in Helsinki, im Norden Europas.<\/p>\n<p>Meine letzte Reise nach Helsinki habe ich im Sommer unternommen, zur warmen Jahreszeit im August. Schlittschuhlaufen kann man in Helsinki mitten in der Stadt und f\u00fcr mich war es der perfekte Start in meine Helsinki-Woche. Beliebt ist der Sportplatz &#8222;Bragu&#8220; oder &#8222;Braku&#8220; im Bezirk Alppiharju. W\u00e4hrend ich meine Runden drehe, schweift mein Blick \u00fcber die Geb\u00e4ude, die sich rund um den Platz befinden und ich beobachte die Locals auf der Eisfl\u00e4che. Au\u00dferdem gibt es einen Automaten mit Getr\u00e4nken und Snacks. Einige V\u00e4ter versorgen ihre Kinder, bevor es wieder auf die Eisfl\u00e4che geht, um sich im Laufen und dem Umgang mit dem Eishockey-Schl\u00e4ger zu \u00fcben. Nach meinen Runden auf dem Eis habe ich das Gef\u00fchl, wieder angekommen zu sein in Finnlands Hauptstadt. Das hippe Stadtkultur-Areal befindet sich in der N\u00e4he des Kalasatama-Gebiets, es ist ein ehemaliges Schlachthof-Areal aus den 1930er Jahren. Heute gibt es hier rund 15 gem\u00fctliche Gastro-Betriebe, nette Caf\u00e9s, lokale Produzenten und jede Menge Kultur-Events. Ich mag die Geschichten der Locals, denn gerade sie haben mir die Stadt und Kultur der Hauptstadt Finnlands n\u00e4her gebracht, und bei meinem dritten Besuch f\u00fchle ich mich hier schon fast ein bisschen zuhause. Gut zu erreichen ist das Skigebiet Palohein\u00e4 am n\u00f6rdlichen Stadtrand, etwa mit der Buslinie 66. Dort gibt es tolle Outdoor-Angebote und richtig gut pr\u00e4parierte Langlauf-Loipen. Man befindet sich mitten im Wald, aber immer noch im Stadtgebiet von Helsinki. Danach geht es mit ihm auf die Loipe. Milan kennt sich in diesem Wald wie in seiner eigenen Westentasche aus. Die Tannen sind hochgewachsen, die Loipe gut pr\u00e4pariert und hinein geht es ins Winter-Wonderland. Hinweisschilder bieten eine Orientierung f\u00fcr L\u00e4ufer, die sich hier nicht auskennen. Anschlie\u00dfend kann man noch einkehren, etwa im Caf\u00e9\u00a0Palohein\u00e4n ulkoilumaja. Im\u00a0Suomen Latu Ski Service kann man \u00fcbrigens nicht nur Langlaufski, Schuhe und St\u00f6cke, sondern auch Schneeschuhe und Schlitten ausleihen. Auch Wachsen und Pr\u00e4parieren ist m\u00f6glich. Bei den Minusgraden, die im Winter \u00fcblich sind, sollte man sich warm einpacken. Es geh\u00f6rt zu den\u00a0bekanntesten Saunen der Stadt und man k\u00f6nnte es auch als urbanes Spa bezeichnen. In drei Geb\u00e4uden mit Holsfassade ist die M\u00e4nner-, Frauen- und Gemischt-Sauna untergebracht. Beim Entspannten Schwitzen schaut man im Winter durch ein Fenster auf die verschneite Hafenpromenade. Er ist mir Meerwasser gef\u00fcllt, in Original-Temperatur. Das Salzwasser hatte 0\u00b0 C und ich habe es genau 1 Sekunde darin ausgehalten, danach bin ich direkt wieder aus dem Pool gesprungen. Durch die K\u00e4lte des Wassers f\u00fchlt man kleine Stiche auf der Haut und einen kleinen &#8222;Schock-Moment&#8220;. Wie beim Eisbaden bzw. Das Wasser dampft und man schwimmt unter dem Nachthimmel und kann dabei die Hafenpromenade sehen. Das war einer der magischen Momente f\u00fcr mich und ich kann es absolut empfehlen &#8211; gerade abends. Allas Sea Pool ist auch ein Ort f\u00fcr Sport, Wellness, Konzerte und Events. Wenn man in Helsinki ist, lohnt es sich nach Angeboten und Veranstaltungen zu schauen. Gut gef\u00e4llt mir auch die nordische Architektur und das Design von Bad und Sauna. Richtig Spa\u00df macht es allerdings mit einem Fatbike. Die dicken Reifen bieten eine super Federung &#8211; trotz fehlender Federgabel &#8211; und das Profil sorgt f\u00fcr einen guten Grip. Dadurch ist entspanntes und unfallfreies Fahren m\u00f6glich auch bei schwierigen Wetterbedingungen. An der Stadtbibliothek Oodi rollten wir an der T\u00f6\u00f6l\u00f6 Bucht entlang zum Opernhaus. Einen Stop haben wir am Wasser und dem Platz mit den Enten eingelegt. Dann ging es in den Wald hinein und \u00fcber schneebedeckte Wege zwischen B\u00e4umen hindurch. Die R\u00e4der haben einen guten Grip, weshalb ich auch nicht gerutscht bin. Der Outdoor-Anbieter hat Kajaktouren und weitere Aktivit\u00e4ten in seinem Angebot, darunter auch Ausfl\u00fcge mit dem Fatbike. Outdoor wird in Finnland, wie in allen anderen L\u00e4ndern Skandinaviens, gro\u00df geschrieben. Es beherbergt die Kunst des Kuratoriums f\u00fcr Gegenwartskunst der Finnischen Nationalgalerie. Alleine das futuristische Geb\u00e4ude des Architekten Steven Holl mit den f\u00fcnf Etagen ist schon sehenswert. Der Freiherr war Oberbefehlshaber der finnischen Armee und sp\u00e4ter finnischer Staatspr\u00e4sident. Sch\u00f6n finde ich auch, dass man die Stra\u00dfenszene drau\u00dfen durch die Fenster beobachten kann. Gezeigt wurden Arbeiten der Wihuri Foundation Collection von Jenny und Antti Wihuri aus Nordfinnland. Spannende moderne Kunst, die den Bogen spannt zu traditionellen Mythen Nordfinnlands. Die \u201eEspa\u201c reicht vom Schwedischen Theater bis zum Marktplatz Kauppatori am Hafen. Eingerahmt wird der Park von den Stra\u00dfen Etel\u00e4esplanadi im S\u00fcden und Pohjoisesplanadi im Norden. Zum Abschluss kann man noch zum Dom von Helsinki, dem Wahrzeichen der Stadt am Senatsplatz, vorbeischauen. Dementsprechend gibt es viele sch\u00f6ne Geb\u00e4ude, Pl\u00e4tze und Orte zu entdecken.\u00a0Besonders ist die Lage der Stadt am Finnischen Meerbusen. Von S\u00fcden, Westen und Osten ist Helsinki vom Meer umgeben. Mit 130 km K\u00fcstenlinie hat man es zur Uferpromenade nie weit.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr als 300 Inseln sind Helsinki vorgelagert und viele davon sind mit der F\u00e4hre erreichbar. Zudem gibt es viele Parks und Natur, fast 40 Prozent der Fl\u00e4che besteht aus st\u00e4dtisch verwalteten Gr\u00fcnanlagen. Kulturelle Highlights lassen sich somit gut mit Natur, Entspannung und Erholung kombinieren.<\/p>\n<p>Helsinki ist ein spannendes und faszinierendes Reiseziel f\u00fcr einen St\u00e4dtetrip. Der Mix aus unterschiedlichen Architektur-Stilen, belebten Pl\u00e4tzen im Zentrum und ruhigen Orten in der Natur, ist magisch. Obwohl es sich um eine Metropole handelt, kann man die Stadt absolut entspannt entdecken und man findet Orten in der Natur mit absoluter Stille.<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich ist f\u00fcr mich die Lage der finnischen Hauptstadt am Meer und die vielen vorgelagerten Inseln. Diese Kombination macht Helsinki extrem abwechslungsreich und ist wom\u00f6glich auch ein Grund f\u00fcr die entspannte Atmosph\u00e4re und das Lebensgef\u00fchl der Einwohner.
